WHAT IS THE RIGHT METRIC - WHAT IS MY GO TO MARKET STRATEGY - IT DOESN'T FUCKING MATTER - GROW UP. Not grow up in a condescending way, GROW from the bottom, UP. Set a baseline - see what the first experiment yields and make sure that both the percentage and the net numbers trend up. 

GOOD PIVOT on who should be supplying the data - BUT STILL YOU MUST PROVE that 10-100 of THESE people will TAKE AN ACTION - NOT JUST SAY "Yeah, these fucking drivers are assholes"

It doesn't matter if your business model is not about charging for the download, the point is that if the first ten people on earth don't care enough to pay to download the app, or to follow up on a "we are not ready yet but the web version is live if you send in a photo of a shitty driver" then THIS WILL NEVER SUCCEED AT SCALE ANYWAY (99% disclaimer:) "The price is important... important to what" NO ONE PAYS FOR APPS - so what action will these drivers take that proves to you that they want to use it? -- emails are proof -

UPDATED HYPOTHESIS - THEY DONT KNOW THAT THERE are jobs, IF they knew... then they would change... To prove this I will make 50 new people aware of jobs they never knew about & place ONE NEW PERSON -- (you get 30 days to run this - longest in history:)

I believe  // CREO QUE that consultants with families and multiple clients are so fucking pissed off that they are wasting time doing things in an analog way (and not totally happy doing it old school) - and that their lack of knowledge of excel and email is a problem for THEM not just for me. Furthermore, they are upset with the other tools designed to teach them these skills. TO prove this, I will get 20 of these people to sign up on THIS WEBSITE for a class that that teaches them these tools in a hybrid format for 200,000 ($400us) - when I get 100 people I can decrease the price to $200 for fast followers:) ONE WEBINAR that they can watch whenever they want...video can be shared but only the buyer gets support via chat. I will get ONE person to pay 200,000 in one month (you have 2 weeks:)

YOU MUST think though how much they are going to pay, what they are going to get, how often is the class or the video

(you must prove value / retention in this case BEFORE you need to prove that the unit economics work) how you promote it is IRRELEVANT if you cannot prove that a single person finds enough value in the class to take another one, tell someone else at their company etc. -- "everyone was waiting for a training at my company - not there - "



I believe  // CREO QUE that fashion photographers, starting in Santiago - are so fucking pissed of that they have to deal with an intermediary. They hate dealing with the companies that hire the models so much that they are going to sign up for my service that allows them to work with the models directly. To prove this I will get 10 photographers to sign up for THIS WEBSITE. I can get one MODEL to pay

no - not 50 cents - what is she PAYING FOR? She is paying to get the gig? (not the photos) - how much are the gigs worth? who picks who gets the gig? you cant promise a job to the model without the client, the photographer has nothing to do with it YOU ARE THE MIDDLE MAN THAT YOU ARE TRYING TO ELIMINATE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! the model pays you, you get her a job? YES? YES? so you are the middle man? yes but cheaper. menos dinero mas barato... so the photographer has NOTHING to do with this transaction?  BUT THE PHOTOGRAPHER USES THE PLATFORM... WTF -- moving on:)  WHAT DOES S/HE use it for?

ITS OK to be a cheaper middle - just know what makes you different and better and that the market wants you:)

I BELIEVE  // CREO QUE managers at advertising brands are expected to work more with less time. They hate the unreasonable demands of their clients. The demands are new campaigns faster (what is the actual deliverable? a video a powerpoint a hamburger a piece of paper a beer what is the deliverable). The plan via powerpoint. They are so fed up with the way things are now, that they are going to pay me for a SaaS product that makes it much easier and faster to develop the framework and the format to send to the client. For this product, at least one manager will agree, via my UNBOUNCE PAGE, to pay me 200.000 pesos for ONE simulated outcome of what the software will do.

You want to deliver this manually 10-20-50-100 times BEFORE you invest in, and build software to automate the EXACT SAME THING that you are capable of doing (just not at scale).
